Having an energy crisis?

Do you often wonder why you are so tired when the day has only begun?

Whenever there is an energy crisis, there is CHAOS – from long lines at the gas stations to city-wide blackouts.  When just one Christmas light goes, the whole strand does not work – one small problem sets of a domino effect that has sometimes have long lasting effects.  This is what happens when you cannot maintain your energy levels.

When your energy level is low, you are not very productive and it can cause you to become easily discouraged and depressed.

Dr. Oz on one of his shows tackled this major complaint as he helped three women figure out why they feel exhausted.

Some (and by no means an exhaustive list) of the reasons why you may have low energy levels are as follows:

–          inadequate sleep

–          overexertion

–          overworking

–          stress

–          lack of exercise

–          boredom

–          built up hatred, anger, bitterness, unforgiveness, grudges and other negative emotions

–          a dirty colon

–          mal-absorption of minerals

–          extremely low or high blood sugar

Most times, your energy crisis may be resolved with rest, adequate sleep, stress management and good nutrition.  In addition, there are a lot of natural (and not so natural) energy boosting products on the market.  One such natural product is Zip Chews, which is endorsed by Dr. DeSilva.

If self-care does not resolve your issues, this may be an indication of a deeper problem such as anaemia, thyroid problems or cancer.  If your lack of energy is persistent or causes you concern, please seek prompt medical care.

  1. My family members always say that I am wasting my time here at net, except I know I am getting know-how all the time by reading such fastidious articles or reviews.
